1999

FILA Srl Founded

Founded in 1999 in Seregno, the company was established by Andrea Biella, Marco Mauri and Ornella Riboldi. For over 25 years we have been supporting customers in the production of aluminium components and precision mechanical machining, investing in technology, metrology and quality control to ensure reliability, repeatability and high standards.

2005

First Expansion

Expansion to 2,000 m² and growth to 15 employees. Entry into automotive sector.

2015

ISO 9001 Certification

Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management system.

2022

Record Revenue

Peak revenue of €7.3M achieved. Continued investment in automation.

2024

IATF 16949 Certification

Achieved IATF 16949 certification for automotive sector.
